Our order was taken promptly and food arrived in a very timely manner. Our server, Amira, was awesome, so friendly and attentive. The lady deserves every penny she makes!“

“I've been going to Lottie's every time I've been to Newfoundland for the past 20 years. Nothing says 'I've arrived' on George Street like a White Russian in a plastic cup! Beyond friendly service, and everyone having a great time. This bar is most definitely a stand out, and worth it just to even chat with the bartenders (assuming it's not past 10 pm on Thu / Fri / Sat). A must-visit.“

“Fun bar, not super busy early evening. Friendly locals. Note as of Aug 2024 their food machine is down, so no food. Strippers breeze through on the way out back to smoke, but fully covered. A slight tinge of "something bad might happen here" since there's crack heads about outside. But it's what makes it awesome.“

“We stayed for 3 nights for our daughter's wedding. Our room was first class with w.c., large bath and large walk-in shower. It was quiet, facing the rear of the building. The front pedestrian way can be a bit noisy with revellers. Spotlessly clean, with aircon and fridge. The restaurant offered a varied evening menu, and the cuisine was superb. Likewise, a good choice for breakfast, and large portions. I had the 2 egg breakfast, and the eggs were cooked precisely to my instructions. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was my second visit, and I look forward to my third.“
