Blue on Water RestaurantI visited Blue on my birthday and was treated to one of the finest meals I've had in years. Oh my goodness. My favourite restaurant in the city by far. Drinks are amazing and the beef tartare was perfect. Rooms are absolutely stunning. ? I wish I could give even a higher rating.

Dinner tonight was fabulous. Started with the Tuna Tar tar, it was zesty, fresh and went well with the wonton chips. Afterwards I had the duck! It was cook perfectly, beautiful crust outside, well balanced with the gnocchi and buttery parsnip purée, and the duck jus was the cherry on top. 10/10 would recommend both of these fantastic dishes. Additionally our server was fantastic and the drinks were great to!
