What can I say, it's a Boston Pizza. The food tastes the same as any of 'em and it was a touch cold. Still good though. Service was very slow but friendly.

Went with a youth soccer team. Servers were incredible with the large group. Fast service and food delivery!
Best food I’ve ever had. Was initially unfamiliar with the menu. However, thanks to our server, Kaitlyn, we were able to pick out some great dishes. She was both pleasant and knowledgeable about the food. Yum!

First let me say I usually enjoy eating at the BP on Kelsey Dr... but tonight I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a "create your own pasta" and added chicken to this dish. The overall pasta and our appetizer were good but the chicken breast placed on top of the pasta was quite dry and tough. I ate part of it but couldn't finish the chicken. I mentioned it to our waitress who said "I'm sorry to hear that"... but nothing was done. That surprised me bc I thought the least that would be done was to remove the chicken from our bill. There is then an expectation to tip your server... which we did bc we try to support the food service workers... but I personally didn't think the experience warranted a tip since there was no attempt to at least offer to fix the issue. The meal was $95 after tip and taxes for two people. Restaurants are trying hard to rebuild their clientele over the past few years... just a note to say things like this matter to a customer when making future plans to dine out.
