Very cold could feel the cold air coming in every time the door was opened. Smelled like cigarettes walking into the place. The shrink flation exist here .

10/10 customer service !!! Especially with the waiter named chuck!! He was amazing. I messed up my own order by mistake (thinking it was wrong just by looks) but they fixed it IMMEDIATELY and even though I messed up(not them)they offered me a new fresh one!!!🥺🥺❤️❤️just so it was hot. Chuck helped us with all this! Tip him well next time you go because we didn’t have cash and he refused to take debit tip.

This location is most of the times busy and you have to go in and book reservation because if they are busy you won't be able to book reservation on call. It is first come first serve basis. But the wait is worth it. I love the food here. Usually go out with my friends and there newyork cheesecake is absolutely the best. The servers are also so sweet.

We were there tonight and ordered two chicken parmesan the chicken was so so spicy we could not eat it, we told our waitress and all she said was sorry . Never offered us anything else asked if we would like to take it home, we said no, it was to spicy then and what would change if we took it home ?? I think I had my last meal there.
