The little things.I have been going to Swiss chalet for as long as I can remember and will continue to do so….but less likely to this location. We always have rib sauce with our quarter chicken dinner. I actually like mixing the rib sauce with the chalet sauce. This time however the server said if I wanted both then she would charge us all per extra sauce. It was “one or the other”. This is petty. Never had this experience at any other Swiss chalet. The draft from the door comes all the way into the dining room. It's freezing.Parking: On a lot with other retail locations, so finding a spot relative to the door is difficult.
