Me and family went yesterday for supper. This was a bad experience from the time we sat down. Our waiter was the longest time before she came to our table. Which was fine at the time because it was busy.After our waiter came to our table. She took our order, I ordered my meal before I got to ask for a drink. She was putting away her paper tablet. I asked for a beer, and right away, she said they don't have it, never gave me any other options, so I just water.Later, 2 other families came in, and the same waiter took their orders. Those families got their meals way before us. When we finally got our meals, a lot of it was reheated. I had a loaded potato, well thats what they call it. It only had melted cheese and RAW bacon on it. I tried the potato, but it was like cardboard. So, without saying I did not eat that potato. Just had my ribs dry. My girlfriend said her meal was not good either.When we both got home later in the night, we both got sick.I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The chicken was over cooked with the wing on the white meat meal was not edible due to being dry and burned tips.The portion size like KFC is way down.The baked potato I had was cold and left over.Couldn’t even warm the butter on it.Not the waitresses fault.She only bought out what the cook gave her.No refills on the pop and one dipping sauce for 5 people.Swiss Chalet you need to go back to your way of cooking and looking after customers.We were all in one half of the restaurant because there was no staff

The little things.I have been going to Swiss chalet for as long as I can remember and will continue to do so….but less likely to this location. We always have rib sauce with our quarter chicken dinner. I actually like mixing the rib sauce with the chalet sauce. This time however the server said if I wanted both then she would charge us all per extra sauce. It was “one or the other”. This is petty. Never had this experience at any other Swiss chalet. I think if you have to rely on charging clients extra for a little extra sauce to boost profits then you are in a pretty bad situation. I was not asking for a gallon of extra sauce but merely the status quo of what I come to expect while dining at SC. Perhaps it’s the franchisee. If so, I ask the owner, lighten up! It’s small stuff. There are other SCs in town so I’ll visit them instead.

We have ordered from this location once in November 2023, once in Dec 2023 and now Jan 2024 and all 3 times half the orders were missing, and we received a completely different order in December. Will not be using this location anymore. Waste of time and money to order out. I do not recommend this location.Dietary restrictions: Not enough vegetarian options and no gluten-free bread options
This has to be one of the best places you can visit without disappointment. Expectations are always met without disappointment. Worthy of return visits !!!

Was slow service as it was close to the chrismas holidays. Had to wait an 2 hours when i pre ordered the meal by an hour in advance. hope they can be better prepared next time.

A group of us ordered meals for delivery. Meal was over 2 hours late and it was extremely difficult to get hold of any staff for information. Our group gave up on the lunch meal.Strongly suggest visiting in person or alternatively picking up food. Delivery service is terrible.
