Stumbled into Caribbean Corner last Friday evening after a long travel day and honestly it was exactly what I needed. The jerk chicken was perfectly charred on the outside with that slow heat that builds rather than punches, which tells me they're not rushing the cook. Staff remembered our drink orders without writing anything down, a small thing that I always notice and appreciate. If you're passing through St. John's, skip the hotel restaurant and come here instead.

Fantastic authentic Trinidad roti! I was shocked to find a delicious roti here in St John’s. I am from Trinidad and I honestly felt like I was home. The roti skin is outstanding. Bravo !!! Excellent Caribbean food
