Very disappointed with the service at this location.

My wife ordered a chicken burger, but they gave her a cheeseburger. Our child has a severe red-meat allergy, and because of this mistake we had to rush to the hospital.

When I went back to explain the situation, the staff member was extremely rude. She acted disrespectfully, made rude gestures toward me, and said she had “nothing to do” about my child’s situation. She ignored me completely and tried to talk only to my wife. When I asked for her name, she refused and said it was “not allowed,” which is very unprofessional.

A food mistake is already dangerous, but the staff’s behaviour made the situation even worse. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff training so no other family has to go through this.

It's just a horror. I bought Peanut Buster Parfait it's just salt, it was so unpalatable that I was just forced to spit out this filth. I don't advise anyone. They appealed to the administration, they said that they could not do anything because they only have such nuts. So I paid $8 for what went to the trash😕

This location has hands down the best customer service. I ordered a Oreo Blizzard Cale for my birthday which was perfect, the service is fast, and the customer service is top-notch! Fatima is the best!

Classic Dairy Queen location in East end St. John's. The parking lot can be difficult when busy, but this location has been a crowd pleaser for what must be 40 years.

Although we were the only people ordering food it seemed to confuse the staff. They all exchanged looks of bewilderment until one of them seemed to remember what to do.
I'm not sure why this location seems to have a very loud background noise, but the worker and myself had trouble hearing each other.
I know it's silly, but DQ hot dogs have been my go to. Once getting over the confusion of me asking for a hot dog, I was told DQ never did serve them.

Bought a cake last night but in the morning it starts smelling very bad and instead of sitting in Freezer whole night it melts and bubbles of Brown color comes at the top
