Food is delicious and service is always fabulous. Only drawback is wintertime it's very cold. The servers are always watching the door to make sure it's not left open. They try their best to keep the heat in, but it does affect the experience.

Everything was good. Only complaint is the tables are way too close together. My husband has a disability and uses crutches to walk and we were out in a middle table for two and the tables on each side had people so my husband had to squeeze in between the tables to sit and almost knocked over the ladies wine at the other table. It's partly my fault because I should have let them know ahead of time that we would like to have a table kind of by itself but I didn't think that the tables would be so close. It would have been nice if some of the staff would have been more observant and took us to a better table suited for us. But the food was delicious and our server was sweet.

Had the best meal I've had in St. John's in YEARS. Food was inventive, delicious, hearty. Great value. Wonderful atmosphere. What a beautiful restaurant. Had the coziest night with my bestie. Jordan was fantastic, too! I cannot wait to be back!

Great meal - had four different dishes and would easily order each again. Had the Gyoza, Thai Salad, Potato and Leek Soup and the Blue Fin Tuna Sushi Special. All were spectacular as well the service and vibe. Hopefully will be back over the holidays or soon after

Food was all great except the tuna tataki was wayyy overcooked. It was like a well done steak. Dress warm if going in the winter. Theres no porch so every time the door opens you freeze. We had to put our winter coats back on. Everything else was great, except those two deets.
The crab roll was one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had, and the passion fruit cocktail was outstandingly delicious. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at Liv! This was my first time and it won’t be my last. Reece served us and was awesome. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful helping me find gluten free options. If you’re celiac or gluten free, please visit this restaurant. Everything I had was delicious, huge portions and the team caters to allergies which is very important to me. Thanks Reece & team! :)

Again we had a fab meal at LIV and the service was 5* too. The only reason I gave the ambiance a 4 instead of a 5 was the cold draft coming in from the front door. Both hubby and I dreaded every time that dang door opened . So, so cold! 😉

All the food was delicious. The service was great. We talked to 3 different servers and they were al very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going to back to try other dishes. But we won't try the desserts again. We think they were overpriced as the texture and flavour were not as good as you would expect from the prices they charge.
