The best food quality around at a reasonable price. Their Taiwanese deep-fried pork chop and chicken fillet are the best in St. John’s. The service is great. Great experience every time.

Finally took the plunge and tried their hot pot, it was amazing. Service was just as good as the food and prices were super reasonable with us having a table full of food and a drink each costing roughly $30 before tip per person. I’d highly recommend!

We ate here on a whim because it was close and open on a Sunday night. It is definitely a gem. Our server was great and answered our questions about the menu and guided us to an amazing soup that hit the spot as I was nursing a cold. This is not your average Chinese restaurant it's a few steps up the ladder. My only comment would be to change the menu to make it more descriptive because the food is unique. We will definitely return to try their other dishes.

The full gluten free menu was such a treat! We ordered so much food because it all looked so good, and were so delighted with absolutely everything! The deep fried vegetables and tofu as a starter, along with the amazing spring rolls…. ?. And then we had the pineapple shrimp, coconut chicken, egg fried rice, pad Thai…. Swoon! Just incredible! Delicious, fresh, so flavourful. Our lovely server was so polite and friendly. I can’t wait to go back! (And the visit with Zoe and Avery at the end was an added bonus!). Thank you!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Every time I sit down to eat a meal from Loong Wah I do a happy dance! the most delicious food I have ever tasted, and the people are always wonderful; helpful and so friendly! I can't give this restaurant a high enough rating!

What a gem! Authentic Taiwanese cuisine in an unpretentious little restaurant. Great service as well. We had the mix fried appetizers, the beef soup noodle, the fried egg with cabbage, as well as the pork belly bento. All tasted wonderful. Highly recommended!
