Staff are on edge and have 0 people skills , they need to hire people with life experience rather than people who have barely left school. They have just lost 10 people's order , hope the owner can afford it , seems to be every week this . Maybe some training is in order.
The older lady who works there is VERY rude and judgemental, a friend went there to use the bathroom because she has medical issues and this lady made her feel like complete trash her and the two other old people that were behind the bar, she wouldn’t even give her tissue, she previously threw up and wanted to use the restroom and she flat out lied and said they weren’t “working” then someone walked out of the bathroom and said yea they are fully working, maybe next time don’t judge someone not everyone is a drug addict, give your head a good shake, I got better words for you, but I won’t use them on here, hopefully none has to go threw the same embarrassment as my friend!! Shame on you!!!

I tried to go into Lotties today and was just pointed at to exit the door by the older female bartender. I didn’t even step foot into the bar before nor anything. I was just trying to enjoy one of their specialty White Russians, I would’ve given a better review, I had tons of money to spend in there and everything, I guess it’s cause I’m a little darker skinned or something but I don’t like how they just did that towards me.
