I stayed at the hotel for almost 3 weeks for work. I had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant the other night. I came on the recommendation from the server to try the seafood hotpot. I was not disappointed! Amazing flavour and tons of assorted seafood and fish in there. The bartender was super nice and felt like a family.

Over easy was over hard. Really hard and crispy. Sausages were the opposite. Undercooked and pink inside. Avoid breakfast at this place. On a positive note the serving staff were amazing. Too bad the cook is not.

The food was great, maybe better if it didn't take an hour to get our food after waiting 10 minutes to get our drinks taken then another 20 to even get them. From sitdown to clean plates we were there for an hour and a half, mostly spent waiting.

I went to dine in at Pinnacle for their Lobster Fest menu. However, as I was dining in, I seen two baby mice running in the dining area underneath another guest table. I informed the restaurant manager on duty, but she didn’t seem alarmed.

As the name suggests, this really is the pinnacle of lounge and restaurant found in hotels (Delta Hotel). I was lucky enough to have been able to enjoy the Atlantic lobster fest menu and it was certainly a treat. First things first, fresh Atlantic lobster alone is hard to beat. I know people are going to compare to Maine lobster or Rock lobster found in warmer waters and while everyone has their preferences I personally find that Atlantic lobster tends to be the best overall choice in terms of size, value, texture, tenderness and flavour. All this to say that one should definitely try the lobster rolls and if you get the chance to enjoy lobster fest then the lobster Thermidor is a must and the lobster quesadillas are quite excellent as well. For dessert I recommend the molten chocolate lava cake or the turtles cheesecake. Both are rich and indulgent with balanced sweetness and paired with accompanying fruits. You really can’t go wrong with either option.

The service is fast and attentive and the atmosphere is typical lounge style with a lovely fireplace, cool bar and stylish booths.

Not worth the wait or money.
The restaurant was not busy while I was there, waited a good several minutes for service regardless. The burger I ordered took even longer. Hot and salty, is all I remember. Shortest part of my meal was actually eating the burger - I wanted to see a movie.

Wish I left after seeing the menu and went to Five Guys instead.
I missed the movie.

The 2 waitresses kept putting their fingers in their noses and mouth. I couldn’t believe what I saw. This is disgusting and even more so for someone who is supposed to handle my food.

The food however is great but I was super grossed out seeing the unsanitary habits of the waitresses. Btw, this is my second visit after a few months and I noticed the same waitress lick her fingers again.

They seriously need some hygiene training.

Went to get lunch at this restaurant while attending an event at the hotel. We were seated and sat waiting for over 20 minutes, no asking if we wanted beverages, wait staff vanished. Packed up and left, no acknowledgement from anyone there. Definitely need more staffing when an event is happening, no excuse for preparedness.
