I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. Tim Hortons are my favorite place to get a cup of coffee and a doughnut. The problem is there are no stores anywhere near me. So when we travel to Canada it's one of the first things we look for in a city. We found this one in St. John's right away and stopped to get our hot Latte and a sweet fat chocolate doughnut. Service was fast and friendly. Very nice and of course free wifi.

Does not indicate in Google Maps that it is not a full location and only serves coffee and pastries. Also says it’s on the second floor and it’s on the 3rd floor.The staff was friendly and quick, no complaints there. Just wish it labelled better to set expectations.
