Famous Fish Cakes (4 pks)
No flour was added. Our famous fish cakes are the real deal and packaged up for easy take-out. They're made without flour and baked, not fried. We've sold almost 250,000 of them since we opened. What's the secret to why they're so delicious? There's fish in 'em. (They last a good four days and can be frozen.) One tartar sauce is included.
Hummus & Crackers
No flour added; vegan. Our homemade heavenly hummus, paired with our nutty vegan/no-flour cosmic crackers, is a delicious snack.
Spinach Chicken Salad with Lime Basil Dressing
No flour is added, and the dressing contains dairy. Rocket's meal-sized salad with chicken, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, assorted toasted nuts, black and white toasted sesame seeds, dried cranberries, and our lime-basil dressing. *Note: "No flour added" is our way of saying that we don't add flour to a recipe. However, we can't guarantee that any item at Rocket is "gluten-free," as we are a wheat-based bakery and there may be flour particulates in the air.

No flour was added. Did you know we've sold almost 270,000 of our famous fish cakes? The secret? There's fish in 'em. Made with salt cod from the petty harbor, they're baked, not fried, and have no flour added. Served with Rocket's house-made tartar sauce.

Affectionately known as "the rocket," this popular sandwich features our home-roasted chicken breast with tomatoes, greens, aged cheddar, and rocket sauce (mayo and herbs-tasteful but not spicy.) on our multigrain bread.

Contains: wheat, pork, and dairy. Our chicken sandwich, "The Rocket," is super popular because it's a classic: home-roasted chicken, aged cheddar, spinach, tomatoes, rocket sauce, and mayo. Our chicken club wrap is a pumped-up version with the addition of bacon, ranch dressing, and roasted red peppers. You choose.

Such a fun and yummy spot- had a lovely sandwich and cookie for lunch at Rocket’s the other day. Fun atmosphere, nice service and really tasty food. The baked goods looked great! Would be perfect if the chairs/tables were a little more comfy!

My goodness…. Go get a cinnamon bun from here. Go right now. It’s like a magical fusion of a sour cream glazed donut, but with the crispy edges of a croissant, and packed full of cinnamon sugar. We picked one up from here on our first day in St.John’s and had to go back for more on our last day. Cinnamon buns are world class, worth the walk, worth the drive. Sandwiches were great too.

Amazing cafe & bakery, so much so we came here twice on our visit to St. John’s. First was lunch, great home made soup, fish cakes & egg and bacon sandwich and then for breakfast where they serve what I consider the best bagel I’ve ever had! The staff are really friendly and the seating are has a great vibe. You need to make this a stop on your travels when visiting St. John’s!
