I’ve been to a LOT of Filipino restaurants, from Toronto, California, to Hawaii…. and Sinaing is honestly one of my top 3 Filipino restaurants. Their food was perfectly seasoned, not salty nor bland. You can tell how much they care and love what they’re doing. I ordered the sizzling sisig, BBQ skewers, and garlic rice. I got the mango mojito and ube cheesecake as well. Each dish was delicious. I was only in St. John's for a few days, and this was the best meal I had by far. I didn't expect to see Filipino food there and it was such a pleasant surprise. I had the sisig and leche flan, and it came fast and hot even with a large table being served at the same time. The server was sweet and not intrusive or fake.
