Very impressed recently on our first visit to Terre. Our server, Sarah, was very educated on the menu and a truly fantastic on her recommendations after listening to our likes. Every dish came out with a great taste! Just totally different than any other places we haunt in the area. Great work by the staff and a nice place to hang out and a great testament to Newfoundland Dishes.
Nowhere in town can you get such a consistently delicious meal. Yes, it is not cheap, but you get more than what you pay for. Whenever we want to celebrate an achievement or a special occasion we come to Terre for the chef’s menu.
I've been to this beautiful place a few times, but I went back for my fiancé's birthday because it's one of his favorite restaurants. The drinks that day tasted like absolutely nothing; they were like water. I liked the food; I ordered the cōte de boeuf, which was okay, but way too small—almost the size of a regular $40 cut, and the price was quite different.
