Finally got to try this place last night and WOW, pretty sure it cured my winter sads. Service was impeccable but also relaxed and friendly. The space itself is gorgeous. Cocktails were top notch and beyond their featured cocktails they also offer all the classics. We had mussels, a tuna melt, chili crisp cod, curry rutabagas and the buffalo carrots, it was all to die for! Easily our favorite restaurant in the city. The food is amazing - well thought out, flavorful and beautiful. True works of art. Since they opened, me and my partner religiously come here for date nights! The restaurant atmosphere and food is just beyond, and the staff are truly vibrant. It's a culinary experience coming to dine at portage, and they tick every box. We go at least once a month and it's consistently nothing short of perfection :)
