I had fish and chips premium but fish batter was to salty. We were 11 people made reservation no problem in that but most people were complained about portion and price.

Went for a meal, and it was great! Service was on the slower side, but that was to be expected as their bar was quite busy.

It was a great place.. The fish cakes were not hot, but the clam chowder was. I was hoping for more fish.

I think they left the one server on by herself for bar and front of room service. We felt so bad for her!
I would have given less stars but realize this is a management problem, not a service problem.
Food was really great and the atmosphere was too!

The moose burger was done really well. It was a bit dry but the delicious bacon and Brie helped it. Loved the music and ambience

Breakfast was delicious! I can’t remember what my order was called, but the toutons and bologna really hit the spot!

I went here with my husband last night on our first date in a long while without the children :). I love, love, LOVE the old brick and wood "tavern" style atmosphere of the pub. The dim lighting and dark decor make the pub feel very cozy, historic and romantic. We sat across from the bar in a little booth next to the old-fashioned Hearth which was lovely. I had the Newfoundland Fish and Chips which was utterly delicious!! The fish was perfect, not to wet, not too dry and it had two generous portions with not too much batter and a delicate flavour without being greasy. The fries were tasty as well and definitely not the frozen, store-bought variety too many restaurants go with. I washed it all down with a beautiful Landwash beer and to top it all off, our waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the TV (playing sports)...it felt really out of place there. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back soon!!!

This was a great place to eat. The i side was unique in that it felt as though we were taking a step back in time.
