Fantastic food and staff, wonderful patio. The blackened salmon was the best meal I've had on the island. They brought a bowl of water out for my pup on the patio. The lemon cheesecake was the perfect finish to the evening.
My husband and I began going to the Gypsy Tea Room when we stumbled across their private rooms as a possible wedding venue. We have loved every meal and drink we have had in the many visits since, especially on our wedding day. The service is always top notch, the drinks are delicious, and we love the atmosphere. We did of course choose it for our wedding and the staff made the day an absolute dream. I really wanted to make sure we had good food for our reception and everyone...
Pretty tasty food. Lovely bunch of fellas working there. After I told him I was home visiting from Alberta he told me (in jest, obviously) that the scallops were all the way from the Great Athabasca River in Alberta 😂
The wine sauce was a touch strong but enjoyable and the mussels were a little undercooked for my usual preference but I slurped them all down in lightening quick succession and ravaged the garlic bread mercilessly.
