While food portion sizes have decreased and prices have increased, the food was still delicious and the service was 2nd to none. Our server was Caroline and was fabulous to all our 8 guests.
Steak had too much black pepper - took 50 minutes to get our order - music was on bust - couldn’t have a conversation - the minimum tip amount is 18 % on the keypad they hand

Steaks were way over done. I asked for mine medium and it was entirely without pink. The Mushroom dip was to die for. Very very good. But we were both disappointed with the doneness of the meat. Especially for the price.

Drinks were great Apps were great Main : Steaks cooked as asked for, delicious . I ordered sautéed veg as a side some of veggies were warm as others were hot . It was a first for me . I never mentioned this to my server as it didn't bother me enough to stop eating them . Server was great, she was very sweet and knowledgeable .

The food was great, the rest of the experience was terrible. We arrived for our 5 year anniversary and they sat us next to the large party of 20 people who spent the entire time being obnoxiously loud. We could not even hear each other sitting across the table to even have a conversation. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our cheque and a to go box. We will never be returning to this location, We left with migraines and an all around bad experience.Vegetarian options: Bunch of different optionsParking: It can be extremely difficult to find parking in downtown st. John's if you are lucky you might find a spot close to the restaurant

Not as good as normal, have gone the last 2 years to celebrate our anniversary but this year just was not near as good as the previous 2. Food, service and overall experience was not the same.

Our service was the worst we have ever experienced. He didn't introduce himself or ask how everyone was doing, he snapped at any basic request we had, he seemed to be very annoyed in general. Just overall made for a very uncomfortable vibe. Our appetizers were good, ours meals were plated very messy and my daughters Mac n cheese was very dried out. Overall just not a good experience. My family has visited and love the Keg, we are regulars there and I have had many great experiences and some horrible ones and with that comes responses to those not so good ones, because we work hard for our money and it really sucks when you are left with feeling like it was wasted.
Our server matthew was phenomenal! He went above and beyond and checked on us more than anyone has before! The food was great as well as the atmosphere, we were served/fed/left all within an hour n a half. 10/10 recommend

Service was good very unhappy with the food steaks were very undercooked they took back the steaks sent out two more which were overcooked but ate them anyway because we didn't want to wait any longer to eat Unfortunately it was a bad expensive we are regular diners it was the first time we encountered this problem

Seated us in a party room that was reserved for a party. It was extremely noisy and very uncomfortable, especially as the more people came and more drinks were consumed. Luckily, we were able to move however, the mood was already set by this time.

Really beautiful interior, upscale and well decorated. Regular Keg look. Customer service was great and friendly. The food was at most average especially for the price point. The caesar salad was the most notable dish.

Our steaks were done to perfection. We tried the new parmasan onion rings and they were delicious. We also had the french onion soup as our starter, it was hot, cheesy, rich and flavourable. We are always pleased with the keg and we keep coming back for all our special occassions.
