I have always loved The Keg however last night the service was outstanding. The waiter was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and a great sense of humour. He was really busy but never once forgot about us and continued to check in to see if there was anything we needed. That's what makes for a great dinner at The Keg. The service was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much David (waiter) for a wonderful evening at The Keg. We will certainly be back.
The server was really friendly, he apologized for the late of our food. The kitchen mgr also gave us free dessert. We ordered around 830pm, the sides were served before 9pm, the keg burgers and chicken stripe for my grand daughter we got it around 930pm. The restaurant already closed. Lol The sides were ok but the burgers were not . The burger patty overcooked . I just had two bites same with my husband and we asked for take out box.
Went there for an 8pm reservation and it was a busy spot for sure as it was a Friday Night. Lots of staff to greet and serve you. Drink service was fast and our server Glenn, was awesome to say the least! While menu options are somewhat limited (as it is a steak house), they offer several cuts of meat, a couple of soup options, burger and chicken options as well as sides such as salad, veggies, baked and mashed potatoes, mushrooms and onions, just to name a few.
