Top notch bakery in the heart of St John’s. Everything is perfect and that’s from a technical culinary perspective. Although very expensive, it’s worth the money.

Excellent viennoiseries (the pain suisse is on point - for 9$ it’d better be 😬)! Just disappointed that there wasn’t any classic options (croissant or chocolate croissant) at 9:30 am on a Friday morning.

Outstanding bakery though a little on the pricey side. Coffees and baked goods were absolutely phenomenal just wishing I was in town on a Saturday to try their pizza night.

Simply had to come back the next day again, will definitely visit postmasters again the next time I’m in St. John’s

The best bagels ever! Plump and tasty. Lovely vibe. Obviously well loved cafe as it was so busy. Lots of locals and tourists. Coffee was excellent and came in second to Marks coffee shop in Carbonear, the Dark Star Roasted Coffee cafe xx

We had bagels and cream cheese. Pretty good. Bagels were more like bread buns than bagels. Almond croissants were good. Large portions. Busy with locals on a Saturday morning. Good energy.

We were visiting St. John's for the first time and loved this cute little bakery so much we were there 3 times during our vacation! We tried the breakfast wrap, croissant, blueberry muffin, chocolate chip cookie, brownie and bagels - all were delicious! However, the star of the show is the pain suisse (which apparently isn't always available, so snag one when you can!). The only feedback is that the matcha latte could've used a bit more matcha (a bit too milky in my opinion). Highly recommend this local gem!

I really good cake here once, none available this time around. Wife had tea and cinnamon bun, it was good. I had a great coffee, but the Italian lemon cookie was doughy and zero lemon taste (wife agreed, no lemon flavor). Very few sweet treats to choose from. Second time here, first time was a star all-around better, but definitely a little worse this time. No AC in the eat in area that I could tell, but tolerable. I'll give it one more chance in a month or so..

They always have a great selection of baked goods and they are always very delicious. But, the coffee isn't very good. I got coffee there 2 times, and both times, I got a sour, acidic tasting coffee. This is usually due to under-extraction, meaning the water didn't extract enough flavor from the coffee grounds, and it can be caused by using not hot enough water or too short brew time. Another common reason is using a coarse grind.
