We had a great bar service experience with Tamara! Our flight was delayed so we decided to stop for a drink before our flight. She gave us great service, drinks and helped lighten the mood of our delayed flight! Thanks to all the staff who all seemed very friendly :)

Best med sized venue in the city! Great stage and the room sounds deadly! Good sight lines from most of the room with multiple bars to choose from. Nice pub upstairs as well.

INJURY AT THE HOTEL AND STILL HAD TO PAY $10K for our stay! Where to even begin! This is my first time ever writing a review but it was that bad that I had to warn others. First, we called the hotel before we booked asked 3 questions,1-is there construction, is it really windy and can you hear the planes at the local airport, and they confirmed NO to all questions. Upon arrival, we discovered the hotel was in full construction which was noisy from our room and the pool.And it was so windy you couldn't enjoy the beach or the pool, the massive umbrellas kept falling over, later we learned was normal for the time of year. But that wasn't the worst part,My husband broke his foot in the room, on the bed legs, you know the legs that aren't recessed in and you catch your foot when you're walking by them. It was terrible luck but it was how the hotel handled it that got us. They made us feel like we were lying about the injury, and made us wait 30 minutes to speak to a manager. They offered us assistance at the airport which never happened. My husband can't drive, or put any weight on his foot for 6-8 weeks and the hotel made us pay the full amount at checkout. It's not about the bill it's how they treated us and handled the situation. Overall, the service was bad, every order we had they forgot something and by the time they brought it our food was cold. The food was mediocre and not worth the price, and the hotel it's very isolated, we had to pay approx. $100 a night in taxis to go out for dinner. Don't let the nice pictures fool you like it did us. These are not good people
Best selection of pinball downtown, maybe all of st johns. Pool table as well, each machine a buck a game. Multiple pinball machines in really good shape. Bartender was nice.

The bouncer seems to have a issue with certain type of people. When everyone was smoking on the deck, it seems to be fine but only time it was causing issue is when i was doing it and caused issue. Seems like racially motivated since i was the only odd one out. Last time here. Horrible experience. Deserves star on minus.
