Food was awful and the the service to follow wasn't much better. 2 hours for a burger that had a stale bun to then come out with no toppings for 29 bucks. When told about it they took my Patty's and put them on a cold bun with the toppings missing again. Waited 2 hours just to leave and head to McDonald's for a burger. Waiter didn't even ask if I'd like something else or anything. Won't be back there. Downtown prices for mediocre food.

Worst supper ever. Had the teriyaki stir fry. Was more like a soup. Found two piece of mushrooms and 1 piece of brocolli. The carrotts were the size of my pinky nail. The teriyaki was so sweet, I thought I was having dessert. The server never asked how the food was. I guess she already know how bad it was. Left 75% of my meal behind. Needless to say I won't be going back.
Vegetarian options: Worst vegetarian options.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS PLACE!
Our group of eight adults (four couples) went out to celebrate two birthdays. We had a 5:00 PM reservation and arrived in a limo, excited for an evening of great food, drinks, and celebration.
As we entered the restaurant and proceeded to our table, one of the men in our group handed his empty beer can (inside a Yeti rambler) to the host, asking for it to be disposed of. We had just stepped out of the limo, where we enjoyed a pre-drink on the way, and didn’t think this would be an issue.
However, instead of a simple acknowledgement, he was scolded like a child. We understand that open liquor isn't allowed in restaurants—he did too! But this was an empty can, nothing more.
Things escalated when our waitress was pulled aside by the host, who then went to get the manager. The manager approached our table and continued reprimanding the man, to the point where he apologized again—yet the manager still refused to serve him alcohol!
When another person in our group asked if he would be allowed to order a drink, the manager responded rudely and dismissively, saying he’d "decide that" and that we shouldn’t put words in his mouth. Seriously?! Over an empty can?
To make matters worse, we were told that the rest of us could order drinks, but our friend would likely not be served. At that point, we decided to leave. We called our ride back and went to The Merchant, where we were treated with the respect and hospitality that a group of adults celebrating a special occasion deserves.
Bottom line: If you want to be treated poorly, embarrassed, and scolded, this is the place for you. If not, take your business elsewhere!

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything started fine until our dinners arrived and my husband's steak which was ordered medium was cooked well done, the server asked how our meal was and we let her know that my husband's steak was over cooked, she said she would have another one cooked and said it would only be 5 minutes. That turned into 20 minutes! Before his food came out we asked one of the girls if we could talk to our server or a manage as our server hadn't come back in that 20 minutes! The girl we talked to ( a server with other tables) said she was the manager, we explained what was going on as I had finished my meal and my husband hadn't eaten yet and she rolled her eyes and said it happens, nobody is perfect! Then our server came out with my husband's food and he decided he didn't want it as we ate our meals separately, he said that he felt his birthday dinner was ruined and the manager and the server said and I quote! We'll we didn't ruin your dinner! We still have over $200 in gift cards that will never get used!
Celebrated a Birthday dinner with friends at the Rock Steak House. The service provided by our server Sydney was absolutely perfect and the food was divine.. Our meals consisted of a chicken pasta dish, pistachio crust coated lamb , steak dinners and appetizers .. Definitely will be back
Had our first experience at the rock last night. To say we enjoyed ourselves fully would be an understatement. From the moment we entered and was greeted by a very friendly host Sarah who found us a table at the last minute to meeting and chatting with Grant the manager and our server Emily, to enjoying one of the best burgers we’ve ever had this is a place we will definitely visit again. Finally, always leave room for the Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert!
Absolutely amazing dining experience and our server Tamara was the icing on the cake
Been here a couple of times. It’s alright, nothing has made me go ‘wow’ yet. The only reason it gets four stars on the food is because of the beef. Phenomenal quality. Anything else l’ve had is very average.

Restaurantji Recommends
Visit just after Christmas, out first time.( 5 of us ) service was horrible, rude and slow. The atmosphere is not something you'd expect for such a " high end " restaurant. Food was pricey but that was expected, however not the best quality. I will gladly stick with the KEG.
Parking: The entrance to the parking lot is difficult to find

The steak was not bad but could of got twice the portion and better flavor for fraction of the cost at montanas,
Ordered the truffle fries and could not finish them as they were undercooked and tasted like generic bag fries with a very small portion.
if your stove works then id reccomend just staying home for the cost of eatting here.
The staff themselves are fantastic but for the cost to eat at this "steak house" it left me wanting to stop in for fastfood on my way home.
I had high hopes for this place but left very unsatisfied by their food.

Beautiful place with great service. However, the food is highly inconsistent. The same dish may range from 0 to 5 stars in quality.

Steak was good, never got our mushrooms and onions until the meal was finished. Baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt the butter and the vegetables were steamed but raw. The muscles were too salty to eat. The drinks were double the price of anywhere in town as well. For a $200 meal, we were not impressed!

Not the best place to book for a group outing.
Charges $87 for a $37 meal with mandatory 18% tip when you book in advance for a group.
On top of that we had to select from a limited section of the menu.
A bit too greedy for my taste.
