My boyfriend went through your drive thru last night around 8:30 pm and ordered a MEDIUM COFFEE TT for me and when he got home it was a MEDIUM TEA TT AND I HATE TEA SO I WASN'T VERY HAPPY WHEN I TOOK A SIP.

Ordered a lg tea off the mobile app only to later discover it didn’t have the 3 milk or 3 sugar I requested to have in the drink so when I brought it back 20 mins later they didn’t even bother offering me the basic courtesy of remaking a new one just added the missing components to the already cold drink. Gross. Avoid this location

Asked for an Omelette bites bacon and cheese. They said it couldn’t be done unless they are scrambled eggs. I will send picture to show what I got. Poor service.

This Tim's and a worker threatening to ban a customer because of him trying to buy a homeless man food or coffee. Shame on you, it's very discriminatory to lump in all homeless people with troublemakers, and to threaten to ban people who want to help the homeless with a cheap drink or meal is beyond lowest of humanity, you guys better speak to your employees or change your tune, because this is getting sent off to the media to expose just how discriminatory some staff at this tims can be. It's a sad world. Check your privilege and do better because that could be you homeless one day.

So I’m at Tim Hortons on Harvey Rd about 4:45 this morning. Ordered a coffee and when I pulled around to the side to pay I noticed a man sitting over on the curb so I asked for another coffee and immediately the guy said if ur buying for that homeless guy over there I can’t serve you. I told him it was for a friend. He said I know u are buying it for that guy ( he said we are not allowed to serve the homeless). He is assuming the man was homeless He also said if u give it to him that I would not get served there anymore and he would remember me. Has it really gotten that bad around here. So whatever happened to the Newfoundland and Labrador that people say are the nicest people in the world.

Pretty bad they get to decide who you can purchase things for and what you can buy. People aren't allowed to get coffees for friends? For homeless people? Without being threatened to not be allowed back LOL. Happened yesterday

Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered two bagels toasted - one with butter, one with cream cheese. Received 2 bagels - not toasted one bit!!!!! 2 dry bagels with a big hunk of cream cheese and butter on them. Only because I was in a rush to be somewhere, I would have went back in total disgust. I frequent here 2-3 times a day most days and have had it with how often my order is wrong but this was the ultimate let down. Do better. There is no customer service or remorse for anything at this location anymore.

Food and coffee was okay pretty standard. Could do a better job in having a better atmosphere. The tables weren’t very clean and so was the washroom. Could do a better job in that area.

I am a coffee aficionado. A medium double-double with a Boston cream donut would be an ideal pairing. The combination is consistently satisfying. The service was efficient, and the order was delivered promptly.

I ordered a chicken wrap today, one half of the wrap had all the veggies, other half had both pieces of chicken and all the sauce. Ingredients should be evenly spread throughout the wrap. Very poorly made. Won't get food here again.
