Tim Hortons offers friendly service with staff such as a kind young girl with a high bun and lots of energy, and a helpful employee named Joy. Despite some issues with the card reader and a faulty chilled beverage machine, the staff handled these situations well. The restaurant has plenty of parking, is wheelchair accessible, and offers high chairs for kids. The muffins are fresh. However, it was mentioned that survey slips are not given.
