Several times I’ve asked for extra bacon and receive this, regularly getting orders wrong and poor communication from staff.
Consitiantly terrible service, just got home from there this morning and after struggling to even give our order in the drive through, got to the window and the employees were aruging over my order amongst themselves, after that ordeal i finally order and it was all kinds of wrong and my bagel had the tinnest bit of cream chesse almost as if it they had just touched the bread and threw it in the bag.

Despite some issues with the card reader and a faulty chilled beverage machine, the staff handled these situations well. The restaurant has plenty of parking, is wheelchair accessible, and offers high chairs for kids. The muffins are fresh. However, it was mentioned that survey slips are not given.
