This location is particular was once my favourite Tim Hortons but unfortunately it no longer remains so! Myself, as well as the members of most of my family have been lifelong customers and we never had a complaint, until now! This store has gone downhill & it will continue to do so and it will do so fast unless a manager or somebody with leadership skills & a business mind takes control! In evening usually there’s lack of lunch items and specially crispy chicken sandwich quality also not good as other Tim Hortons, sorry for your service! Hope you’ll improve. Thanks !

I was there this morning for a creamy chill, unfortunately their machine did not work properly. but the guy named Joy managed the case very nicely and he served us very well. After a while i asked for a survey slip to give him a good revive. But there was another lady and she said ' No we don't give survey slips to anyone.The first time i heard from tim that they don't want surveys.
