I would give it 0 stars if possible. Worst Tim Hortons in the country, and all Tim Hortons are terrible now. Food quality is repulsive, smaller, and overpriced, and I went in to get just a dozen donuts, and somehow that was too complicated for the cashier. They spent 5 minutes trying to figure out to input it, and couldn't figure it out. I used to work at a Tim's and it's literally a single button press to do it. This is unacceptable.

Ordered Cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. Took first bite and saw it was burnt bagel and no trace of butter. Probably will go and change it but the service in this location is getting bad day by day. Not expected.

I visited Tim Hortons today, and the staff was incredibly rude. They seemed annoyed by my questions . Definitely not the customer service I expected. The potato wedges I received were disappointing. They were dry and tasteless, as if they were reheated from yesterday. They were hard and lacked flavor. I won’t be trying these again.

Got the order wrong. Made us pay for a drink they didn't have and gave us the wrong drink.... and was rude about it. Had to go to a other tims to get the right drink....

I asked for tea and they give coffee and when i went again in the tims the girl on the window with specs was so rudee. She doesn’t have any name tag on and when i asked her to replace my drink she refused.
