I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for years. The service has simply continued to decline and has now reached a point that is no longer tolerable. Your staff look through and ignore customers standing at the counter. Staff training on basic communication and being friendly and courteous is desperately needed.

I just ordered frensh vanilla small size now when I was home i surprised that was the cup isnot full it was just in the middle i bought that with money not candy that's a kind of scam shameful 😷😷

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Worst Tim Hortons in the country, and all Tim Hortons are terrible now. Food quality is repulsive, smaller, and overpriced, and I went in to get just a dozen donuts, and somehow that was too complicated for the cashier. They spent 5 minutes trying to figure out to input it, and couldn't figure it out. I used to work at a Tim's and it's literally a single button press to do it. This is unacceptable.

Useless service with a couldn't care less attitude. There are items not available for days. Staff is out amongst themselves without caring if customers are getting disturbed. Specially the Indian staff.
