I usually don't have any problems with this location. The staff are always really friendly and the wait is usually short. I just want to know why this location discriminates against walk-in customers. Any time they are short staffed, they close down the storefront. I get that it's a gas station, but surely that isn't a good enough reason not to serve people who walk? Any time this happens, Tim's loses my sale for the day because it is easier to walk to McDonald's or Element than...read full review
Coffee is good when it is made right. There's someone who is not putting sugar into the coffee or tea when ordering the last few times. They should not work there if they don't want to make orders right
