The restaurant has two locations in Stephenville, one in the heart of downtown and another attached to an Esso gas station. Both locations are kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with one having automatic door buttons. The staff go the extra mile to help customers with disabilities, creating a nice and welcoming environment. The coffee is generally good, but some customers have noted that it can be hit or miss, especially when the latte machine is down, which has been reported for ten months. The pastries, such as honey crullers, are delicious. Despite road construction affecting morning navigation, customers appreciate the great selection of food and classic offerings, and they enjoy their coffee and snacks.
