“I called in my order on Monday night for the Festive Feast, for our card club ladies. They were super busy there. I picked up on our arranged time from a very welcoming staff person. The chicken was delicious, hot, & tasty. Thank you for a wonderful meal. This was the Torbay Mary Browns.“

“I’ve visited Boston pizza too much times to count. Alone, with my family, & with coworkers. The food is consistent. I don’t think I’ve ever not liked the food or didn’t like anything.

They are very aware and great with small kids. They take orders and communicate clearly if something is backed up.

The servers and managers are always nicely and neatly dressed and friendly.

I would always choose Boston pizza for a night out and if I want consistent good food. PSA I say all of this as a foreigner with foreign taste buds.“

“I generally enjoy Boston Pizza on Stavanger Drive. But today was awful. I usually order on the app and the Macaroni dish today was terrible. The container was half full, and was basically bare macaroni noodles with a bit of Alfredo sauce. Took me less than five minutes to finish it. Not good enough for $20. Very unimpressed.“

I called the store(Blackmark Road) and explained to the employee I had made a mistake and she was very friendly and told me not to worry and she would have my order ready at the correct time. “Always enjoyed dominos pizzas for years, but since being diagnosed with celiac disease I now enjoy the gluten free crust pizzas and wings. Blackmarsh road store always makes and cooks my GF pizza perfectly. Keep up the great job!!

“A big Kudos going out to employee, Paris, her manager, and all staff at Mary Browns, Topsail Road branch! I was just trying to make a special birthday for my beautiful hard working niece who just finished up a 12 hour (unpaid I will add) nursing clinical shift so she could come home and rest for her next day. Due to delays outside of their control (specifically uber eats and their unreliability with not one but two drivers) Paris successfully took charge and ensured a fresh meal was delivered! It is employees like these that need to be commended and appreciated! And for her to have the support of her manager was also amazing! In the end, it was worth the wait and the communication during was outstanding. Thank you all! I will also mention that they decided to refund my order which I do appreciate and did not expect, and will work with them to donate that to some less fortunate in our community. “Staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Wasn't too busy, the food took a bit to come out but for good reason-- they cooked it then and it didn't sit under a heat lamp for an hour. Place looks a bit boring and sterile but better than a dump.“
