“I work in an industry where I am on constantly working with various people. Some days it can get exhausting. When those days happen and I don’t want to go home and cook, I come to this location knowing I will always receive great service. Andrew is a bartender there and he is amazing! I’m a creature of habit and as soon as I walk in he knows to start my order and make sure that service is top notch. We definitely need more people like him.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review for this location. Of course everyone is familiar with Applebees, but the level of customer service and attentiveness at this specific location warrants recognition. The manager Trenton was greeting all guests at the door and personally leading us to our seats and introducing himself as the management. Our server Trishell was very attentive to our needs, followed up with the kitchen staff and myself on my food intolerances to make certain the food was prepared adequately to suit my dietary needs. The location , restrooms and facilities were very clean and well kept.“

“Was a little frustrated at first when we walked in and weren’t greeted and had to wait about five minutes to be helped/seated. our server turned our experience around with The energy and kindness from Nevaeh! She brings positive attitude! Hearing her talk to other customers around us, her customer service really stands out! Thank you Nevaeha!!!“

“This 5 star review is specifically because of Arianna. My partner and I recently bought a house in the neighborhood, and over the last several months we’ve been a handful of times. Each time we’ve been lucky enough to have her as a server, the night has been made with her warmth, attention to detail, and hustle. Please, give this woman a raise. I will be inquiring in a few months’ time.
Honorable mentions to Gabriel, who also makes it a fun and bubbly experience, even when the table isn’t immediately at a place to match it. Indomitable spirit with that one.“
“Teddy was great. Knew what we wanted before we asked, funny, and personable. He also was extremely professional when handling an stupidly rude, drunk, and downright mean table next to us. I sincerely hope that this location doesn't take him for granted.“
