He was incredibly attentive from start to finish — always checking in at the perfect moments, keeping our water glasses full, and making sure every detail of our order was accurate. His care, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out.

“I'm here on vacation every winter. Lulu's is one of our favorite stops and we patronize it on a consistent basis. Unfortunately (for me) last night I deviated from my norm and ordered the London broil. It was over cooked (I requested medium) and I struggled through it. My appetizer was fine and my friends were delighted with their selections. Sometimes things simply don't meet expectations- I'm good and will plan to continue patronizing Lulu's“

“Ordered food for my family and husband drove about 40 minutes to pick it up based on the good reviews. The food was decent. Mongolian beef was great and different from other places I've tried. General Tso actually had spice which is unusual but good! Sesame was good but a bit salty. Crab rangoons were excellent and huge! I expected the small ones and was very surprised haha egg rolls were typical. The egg drop soup was disappointing though. Typically one of my favorite things but I won't reorder from here. Everything was fresh and hot, even after the 40 minute drive home. Sucked to find out they didn't include the soda on one of the lunch specials after my husband got home with it. Overall, most decent Chinese food we've had in NM so far.“

“Always go here for Chinese New Year's. Been going since I was a kid. Staff is always nice especially to kids. Try and go multiple times a year. “Phenomenal place! We celebrated my son's 28th Birthday there 4 days ago. We got there at 6pm, a group of 9 people with no prior reservation. (I know 🫣) Nonetheless, they treated us AMAZING! The food was beyond delicious, and they give you massive portions of it as well. The restaurant was super clean, and so was their restroom. I have OCD so I notice everything lol. “We’re visiting from Los Angeles and were genuinely surprised to find such authentic Sichuan food in Albuquerque! The flavors are incredibly authentic — bold, numbing, spicy, and aromatic with real depth. It’s not just heat for the sake of heat, but a rich fragrance and lingering aftertaste that truly reminds us of home.
We especially recommend the grilled fish and Mao Xue Wang. The cooking was spot on — perfectly balanced seasoning, tender meats, and flavorful ingredients throughout. It honestly tastes just like a high-quality Sichuan restaurant back in China.
The service was warm and welcoming. The owner was very friendly and took the time to patiently introduce the dishes. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the food came out quickly. “My old go-to Chinese restaurant is closed so I searched for something in my area. Came upon China Casa. I was wary but dcided to give it a try. Well, it's Delicious! I got vegetable chow mein and egg rolls. The egg rolls are made with regular egg roll wrappers! Sp glad I gave it a try! This is my new go-to!“

We ordered beef fried rice HOWEVER we had to pay to have the veggies added which should have been there anyway.

It was an additional $1.00 for each added veggie. We added 3 but not told it would be an extra $1.00 for each added veggie until we got the bill.“

“Good news is the new owners kept the old recipes. The food is as good as it ever was.
We had a large party about 25 people. We had large pans of a few entrees. We had white, fried rice and egg rolls. The food pretty much came out at one time as asked. The only problem was they had a hard time serving the drinks and bringing refills.
The new owners just weren't ready for something like this. All in all the party went well the food was good and everybody had a good time.“

We’ve been searching for good bao and dumplings in Albuquerque, and this place definitely delivered. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. “It's in the mall food court. I was delighted to find it. The food is great and I think maybe a little cheaper than the usual Panda Express. The atmosphere is standard mall but certainly okay. I have also ordered delivery.

Vegetarian options: Well, they have lots of stir fried vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not sure about cross contamination with the meat dishes but it looks ideal to me.

Parking: There is lots of outdoor parking near the entrance to the mall that goes directly to the food court

Kid-friendliness: There are little race cars and things the kids love to ride in, free at the mall. Kids would be able to eat in the comfort of a noisey mall instead of being confined in a restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there seems to be ramps and the like. I push a dog buggy and we had no problems getting over curbs etc.“

“Been going to this place for several months now in the span of a few years, for the past few years I've lived here in Albuquerque and this Panda Express has been the MOST reliable out of them all! Out of the MANY Panda Express restaurants I've been to, this one here has been the most consistent with it's food, service, and atmosphere. The most recent manager, named Ezra, has been a more recent hire from the time of writing this, despite having worked at this location for a week, he fits right in with everyone else and has been the most accomadating out of all the previous managers before him, he's also more out n' about compared to the others, the food here is excellent too, cooked to perfection nearly 80-90% of the time I've gone here, with the rare few times the food didn't come out right of course, having more flavor than most foods I've had, and not to mention the employees who are usually always friendly and have a funny bone most of the time when chatting with them. I recommend this Panda Express the most in particular to anyone who stops by this place and wants something good to fill their stomachs, or to just chill for a bit.
