Fan Tang in Montgomery is a bustling spot with delicious food and excellent service. The Crab Wontons, Coffee Chicken, and Walnut Shrimp were truly delicious. The second visit brought Spring Rolls, Yellow Curry with Tofu, and Jade Shrimp. While the Jade Shrimp had a somewhat disagreeable taste, the brown rice was excellent both times. The General Tang's Chicken was crispy with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the wonton soup was outrageously good. The firecracker dumplings had a spice that didn't sit well with one reviewer. The staff, led by Jason, is fast and accommodating, even with dietary restrictions like eggs, dairy, and gluten. The location is central and highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience.
