We just had dinner delivered to our home, and the food was cooked to perfection, the recipes were amazing, and this restaurant is now our top go-to when we want Italian food! When a picky toddler eats enthusiastically and for the first time insists that her leftovers be saved for later, AND similarly picky adults inhale their dinner, there can be no higher praise! The taste reminded me, an "old fogey," of how restaurant food USED to taste... the old deliciousness that has been lost in most places. If you want that sense of being lavished on with love through food... try this place!“

“This was our second visit to the Olive Garden in Rio Rancho, and once again it did not disappoint. Our server, Caitlin, had excellent presentation and provided outstanding service—she anticipated what we needed without us even having to ask. The manager Bea also stopped by to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch.

We previously had a terrible experience at the Albuquerque location, so the Rio Rancho team has truly been a breath of fresh air. We’ll definitely be returning to this location in Coors, hungry for more.“

We have been enjoying Paisano's for nearly 20 years. It is an exceptional restaurant and that keeps us coming back year after year.“

“Everything was absolutely delicious and authentic! Small restaurant but they are organized and on top of things so it really flows smooth. We came in for a birthday with a party of 10. Service was great and Brad took good care of us!
Only downside would be they charge $13+ if you bring in your own birthday cake. I never heard of such thing before but now I know what to expect. Will be back very soon!! 😋“

Lack of attention and poor memory as to who ordered what and handing over the food across the table rather than standing next to the person and putting it down. We've been a customer since you opened in 1979.“

We had the pleasure of having Hugo as our server recently, and he provided an exceptional experience. He was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our entire visit.

Hugo truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Because of his outstanding service, we will definitely be returning. We highly recommend asking for him!

Our appetizer Bat & Ball was absolutely Delicious. the sausage and meatballs are made in house with bold savory and mouthwatering seasoning, cooked perfect. My Diablo shrimp was tasty with a spicy kick. great portion too! my husband devoured his chicken piccata! then on top dessert. we had cannolis. Regular and chocolate dipped both scrumptious crispy and savory! I highly recommend! Family business and friendly atmosphere.“

Amanda, one of the Managers, was exceptionally helpful, responsive and accommodating through the planning process. She and her wonderful Staff made our event special through their attentive, friendly service and room set up. “Please assemble cup holders correctly or get more sturdy ones, we stopped there before taking my son to school, he wanted to get drinks for his friends. As soon as he lifted the holder to get out of the car.. the drinks fell through. Not only was he embarrassed about the drop but also disappointed he couldn’t get the drinks to his classmates. Please address the issue with the cup holders so this don’t gap to anyone else. Love this place BTW“
