“I went with my boyfriend, we were told there was a 15 - 20 min wait, but it was literally only 3 mins and 11 seconds of a wait. We sat down, our server Tim was very kind, polite and funny, the food was very good, the atmosphere was very comfortable, I never felt pressured to buy more items on the menu, and Tim our server for the afternoon, even boxed up our food for us, I’ve never in my life had that happen, and it was extremely thoughtful and generous. He always kept a smile on me and my boyfriend while he was around and was very quick. Thank you Tim for the experience!“
“Pizza was great. I ate in. Ordered 2 "slices".Definitely NY style. Very good. I love the double cook of a slice. And had a very disappointing "salad" . Maybe make an antipasti salad? With...ingredients other than lettuce? The pizza really is what I hoped for. I will purchase again. But not the salad.“
“Great service and really good food. The only gripe I had was they need to toast their garlic bread a bit more.Wheelchair accessibility: My companion uses a wheelchair and could not use the disability stall because the door goes in, not out.“
“We ate here for the first time this past Sunday and all I can say is wow. Their filet cheesesteak sandwich was soooo delicious. First it is huge and served on this delicious French bread and easily shared- though I simply ate the second half for dinner. Second the meat is so tender and bursting with flavor. My wife had the phillie cheese macaroni and was equally impressed. I am already eager to go again. Service was friendly and prompt and our server checked in with us several times during the meal.“
“Got the personal sized pizza and it was one of the better pizza’s in Albuquerque, the green chile was super flavorful and I believe it said unlimited toppings so that was also nice. I like my pizza well-done and the crust was made perfect. The mozzarella sticks were very tasty and the cheese pull was satisfying as well! I’m told Niki was my cook and she did amazing! Great prices and great food definitely will be going back and trying more. Also didn’t get a chance for picture as I ate it all to quickly..“
“Came in for the first time and got the meatball sub, best meatball I’ve had in awhile! They have a great grocery selection I bought some grape leaves to make dolmas and got some lemon pepper chicken, roast beef and provolone cheese from the Deli. Carla assisted me and gave me some recommendations I’m excited to try next time!“
“Old town pizza parlor-Albuquerque NWA Mexico-This is a straight up pizza place that is great atmosphere. The pizza blanco is perfect caramelized crust, no flop and perfect crunch. The flavor had great balance. The best pizza on Route 66. Not that I’ve tried them all, but it is literally on the mother road.My rating: 8.1#rendellsreviews #shoproute66 #shoplocal #eatroute66 #eatrt66 #eatlocal #eatsmall #bestonroute66 #oldtownpizza“
“Marios.....always delicious and consistently serving some of the best Italian in Albuquerque. My favorites are calzones, spaghetti and meatballs, and occasionally pizza. New York style food served by friendly happy staff.Family run business since as long as I can remember. They have other locations in town, but this one is my favorite.“
“We were visiting Albuquerque from Texas and found Scarpas. Me and hubby ordered a half side salad to share and the Pesto Shrimp Scampi. Delish!! We ordered buttered bread for the table. Our kids had a pepperoni pizza and both loved their pizza. If you are in the area stop by and if we are ever back in Albuquerque we will be visiting again!“
“Most menu items are very nice. The take out option for $6.00 is a real time saver too. Wine is good, but salads are my real treat. I can't but wonder why competitive restaurants don't follow Olive Garden in regards to the salad and take home options, It seems so obvious. Anyway please Olive Garden, don't abandon these features.?“
“We had a birthday lunch for my husband at the 4th st Mario's on a Saturday. We were a party of 10. There was also a party of 30 at the same time. The cook and 2 servers did a fantastic job of meeting our needs in a timely manner. I can't say enough how awesome they were. Thank you!“
“Top notch pizza, friendly staff, a great hidden spot in Corrales with the traditional New Mexican Pueblo feel. I went for a fundraising event and it was packed, pizzas on order constantly, and chaos from the event. The staff were pretty young, yet very polite and professional. Highly recommend this place, fundraiser or not. Lots of iptions, great salads. Pizza, calzones, wings, and soup.Dietary restrictions: Options for vegetarian, gluten free.Parking: More parking than I first thought. Lots of room to drive through the lot even in CorralesKid-friendliness: Room for all the kiddos, high chairs provided. Tables with chairs and booths. Outdoor seating available.Wheelchair accessibility: My brother needs a cane to walk and had no trouble getting around inside and out. Lots of handicapped parking out front.“
“Food is always good. They were very busy when we were there and the service was not as good as it usually is. Atmosphere is good but can get loud when crowded.Parking: Depending on the time you go, other businesses are still open, and parking can be difficult.“
“Stopped by here yesterday for my wife's birthday. The food was stellar as usual, but something that stood out was that it was the best service I've had at any restaurant in a long time (our server's name was Alishia). Highly recommend this place to anyone.“
“We have come here 3 times in 3 days because the pizza is just that delicious. 10 out of 10 for Gluten free pizzas! The intensity and variety of flavors give you a new experience every time you order. We had one of our orders take out and the customer service experience was everything it should be. Straightforward accurate timing on pick up times. Will definitely come again, will try another style, will recommend.Dietary restrictions: Great quality tasty gluten free crust, not cauliflower, but gluten free risen crust. Delicious!Parking: Tough to find good parking and difficult to access“
“Solid option for dining out and a place we go to whenever we have a craving for their pizza, since the food is consistently good and you get what you expect. The atmosphere is nice; relaxed, casual, "urban Italian" is how I would describe it. Staff is friendly and relatively attentive. Pricing is good and, notably, hasn't gone up as much as many other places have in the past few years which, I appreciate...and they've maintained the same quality and portions as well Really no complaints...if you're looking for a unique dining experience at a reasonable price and love pizza, you should really like il Vicino...great place for date night or with the family also...“
“We were very tired and hungry so we decided to get a pizza and take it to go. The waitress was a little short with us, but I assumed she was probably tired as well as it was around 8 and they were still busy. Also a good sign. Then, while we were waiting, someone else came in that she was much more welcoming and friendly to. The food was really good but their large pizza seemed more like a medium.“
“What a neighborhood gem. Literally a 5 minute walk from our front door. My first time in. Greeted and say immediately. Merry Jim the friendly neighborhood, knowledgeable bartender who had been there since they opened 8 years ago. I ordered some housemade meatballs with fresh basil and freshly made, delicious marinara and homemade sourdough. A de-constructed MB sub if you will. EEOV for dipping. Balsamic vinegar and a velvety smooth Spanish red vino that was entirely complimentary to the whole thing. Then I was fortunate enough to meet Rockstar Chef Peter! His baby/brainchild/heart of a restaurant PIATANZI is definitely a 5 star winner ? for me! I plan on spending many an evening with my new neighborhood favorite! ??⭐?Thank you!“
“We came here for lunch and got the lunch special. It was $30 and you get an 18' pizza with one topping, six wings and a pitcher of drink of your choice. It was really good! The pizza had foldable crust, the sauce was really yummy and the cheese was melty and delicious. The wings were seasoned well and crispy. There were pinball machines that my toddler loved. There was so much to choose from and it was all reasonably priced. Great for a family.“
“I love Ziggi's! I've been boycotting Starbucks for over a year due to their union busting and honestly? Ziggi's is better. I usually get an iced Americano or the Raspberry Truffle with iced decaf. Wifey gets the Dragonfruit Splash with Lemonade. It's pretty sweet but delicious! The prices seem lower and the employees are lovely, as well.“
“I ordered the Shawarma Bowl and LOVED it. Not only is it tasty but also nourishing!! I'm confused as to why this one reviewer is complaining about how expensive it is when every vendor in Tin Can is at a similar price point if not more expensive? The "$4" comment is laughable. In this economy?? Anyways, back to how delicious my bowl was-- I love that it's healthy AND fairly priced IMO. I met the owner and he was very thoughtful and kind. I'm very grateful that I have access to a healthy local restaurant near my home!!“
“Thank you so much for having really good vegetarian food! I had the mushroom risotto and it was fantastic. Our server Jon was awesome too! The food is 5 stars. The atmosphere is a little less. Mostly because it was a little dirty. Lights above our table were caked in dust. Bathroom mirror had THICK dust on top of the frame. Areas needed a light sweeping. Other than that I am starting this place because I plan on coming back!“
“I rarely write reviews however it’s been a pleasure the last 2 times I have visited this restaurant which in reality are my only 2 times . It’s nice to see there are still restaurants that focus on amazing food , patient/informative servers , and solid operations. It took my food less than 10 minutes from when I ordered and it was was great . Shrimp Campanelle. A must . Thanks“
