What a neighborhood gem. Literally a 5 minute walk from our front door. My first time in. Greeted and say immediately. Merry Jim the friendly neighborhood, knowledgeable bartender who had been there since they opened 8 years ago. I ordered some housemade meatballs with fresh basil and freshly made, delicious marinara and homemade sourdough. A de-constructed MB sub if you will. EEOV for dipping. Always a good experience with great Italian food.Would be 5 star but they charge if you want more than one piece of bread and they tried to charge us for bringing in our own birthday cake.So as long as you don't want extra bread or bring your own cake, you'll probably enjoy this place.
