Subway in Albuquerque

“Came in yesterday night and asked for extra salt, usually when i go to other subways they add hardly any but this subway understood. They salted it so well that my boyfriend was concerned about the amount of salt after tasting it. That’s exactly the way it should be. Whoever was working last night around 8-9pm should be proud of themselves. They weren’t stingy with how much avocado to put either. AMAZING portions. Very generous. Give these ppl a raise NOW!“

“Hey! I came to this location from out of town. I was visiting some friends and I was very surprised by how busy this location was. I came around noon and the line was almost to the front door. The locations where I live are usually only operated by one employee, this location had three employees who were all very happy and kept the same energy with each customer. They even know a majority of the customers who are their regulars. Good crew, clean shop, and great experience! Shoutout to Brae, Mateo, and Dennis! I’ll be back whenever I visit.“

“Always like this place but today for some reason the employees up charged us on for two items on two different sandwiches. My son orders the same thing every time for years (7) and this is the first time this has happened. I choose to pay for it at 13.00 due to being in a hurry. My question now is, did Subway corporate make a change and the employees not explain this to us, or did this locations owners make a change which was not explained to us.

I will say the employees stuck to the policy I guess and did not try and lower the cost. So they did their job.

Just sucks we may have to find a new location.“

“I absolutely love this subway. It’s definitely my favorite and I’m glad it’s so close to work. The service is always great. The manager and his employees are always so helpful and professional. Today for example, I had to do a DoorDash order and I messed it up, I called them and they were able to fix it before the dasher arrived. I appreciate such great customer service!!“

Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. “the staff were really nice. recommended the chicken bacon and the also recommended the protein pockets. store was clean, even after a long line, one of them immediately went to clean the lobby and restock stuff, which was nice to see. they all seem to care!“

“The guy working at this subway at around 730pm did an amazing job! He was working alone and still perfected all 3 orders. Does anyone realize he could walk and we all would've been left hungry, waiting on a loved one in the hospital. Lovelace is rough. The front desk staff sucks. “Jonathan who by the way was extra busy like always when closing time, handled it like a boss. Customer service professional, calm, polite all boxes were checked. I've been in customer service over 25 years that is how is done thank you... also i've been to other subways. They want to make it their way. This is like the first Subway. “I came in last week and big difference here the heavy set women was a little mean but she got my food made correctly. My subway was toasted nicely and my cheese was melted perfectly. I travele a lot and subway is my go to fast cheep and easy to eat on the road.“

“I went in today and wanted a snack and not a whole meal. I wanted the pretzel and now, Subway quit serving it. The staff was so sweet and kind and very friendly. “I frequent subway’s a lot and this one honestly surprised me. Gabriel gave me and my friend by far the best service I have ever had at a subway before. He asked us if we’d like to sample different sauces to see if we’d like it on our sandwich or not. Overall was extremely friendly, hard working and simply is good at what he does. “The sandwich artists today were extremely pleasant, helpful with my questions, and efficient at their jobs. The food is delicious as always! The store, however, is terribly hot, even compared to the 75 degree F day outside! It was said that the cost of turning on the air was keeping management/corporate from doing so. These employees are spending hours working in a very hot building and it seems dangerous to put employees in that situation. It's shameful as a company to insist on these conditions. To whomever made this decision, please do better.“

“This may seem dramatic but this last visit at this subway made me a sandwich so good I started liking subway again.

Subway tends to be the absolute last option on my list when my family goes out to eat. Other subways in Albuquerque just do not meet the mark consistently. But it was extremely good (as good as a chain sub restaurant can be anyway!) and props for the young guy working with the goatee. My friends cross section of cut sandwhich looks like it should be at a garden party“

“At first it was a little offsetting when entering. Due to it being a small location you could see the need to be patient. The menus changed and that's awesome. The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It's ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you've been there a few times. It's a great spot to eat in if you like the tables or booths. Always clean and great vibes.“

“If you are at the hospital this place is a godsend, especially on Sundays because the restaurant in the hospital closes super early on Sundays. It's right next to the Lomas entrance of hospital, so its super close. Quick, polite, fresh and open relatively late compared to other places to eat close by.“

“My regular Subway was closed so this was the next closest location. I was annoyed I had to go into Walmart, but it was totally worth it! The employee was prompt and very sweet and friendly. The woman behind the counter when I asked for her first name, she said she didn't have to providing me with that. So I'll I can't tell you her name, but I'm sure that you can look up on your schedule as to who was behind the counter. She was upset with me because I asked her to change her gloves after she had her hands in the money till and then decided that she was going to make another customer sandwich. The customer ahead of me asked for a toasted.Sandwich the young lady behind the counter was extremely Irate and was wanting to argue with the customer ahead of me about it.
She threw the sandwich in the trash
And proceeded to make the sandwich again
I hope that you look this up on your security camera. Her behavior, what's less then acceptable. She's definitely not Parisa nor was she even close to being a joseph. I have done nothing but praise this store and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I didn't not purchase a sandwich.I will not purchase a sandwich from somebody who does not practice good hygiene. I'd like a response for management. And if I don't get a response, I will be calling the health department when I get good customer service, I let you know. when I get bad customer service. I don't have time to review bad situations. But when I receive customer service like I received in your restaurant tonight. I'm googa, put it in a review everywhere I possibly can this service was unacceptable.

Okay where to start. I'm in the Juan Tabo location 2 or 3 times a week. I can't say a bad thing about anyone who works there but...
I really want to say, you have 2 sandwich artists on your staff that Go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND regular customer service. Parisa and Joseph are just incredibly. I have seen them in action when there are a dozen people in the restaurant and when its just me. I guess what I'm saying is they are consistent weather they are busy and under pressure or when it's slow, I walk into the store and am greated with a Hello and a big smile, and you don't see that from younger adults in the food services industry anymore. I have ownen a business working with the public and they treat me the way I would want my employees to treat my customers. I'm not sure if this particular store is a franchise or if it's corporate owned but either way, these two need to be recognized for their outstanding, customer service.“

“Got a 6 subway club on multigrain bread it was the best sub I have had in quite some time it was made so good wished I had order a foot long sub most of the time anywhere you go its just ok today it was top notch I got everything exactly like I like it was most excellent Jesse made it perfectly thanks subway for a great lunch“
