“I just received AMAZING customer service by a young man named Cody at Subway #14839-0! I had to leave this review immediately because I don’t experience such great customer service like this often. The rest of the staff was also good but he was amazing!“

“Jimmy provided the best service we’ve ever had at a Subway! He was so kind to everyone that came in and his fellow employee. He cracked jokes and made pleasant conversation while making our sandwiches efficiently. He was working hard between customers by cleaning up the tables or organizing the chips. You can tell this man works hard and that people come in just to have an experience with him! He deserves a BIG raise!! Thanks Jimmy!“

“The Tea really sucks. I mean get anything else. Seriously. Subway Tea here is like bathing in lukewarm water because you have too. You need to be clean, but damn if only it were a little bit better. And so you just sit there thinking about how it could be better making a worse experience. Well the Tea is just enough to barely taste, and it's exactly the right temperature to make it like drinking water water with a hint of leaf. That all being said, the sandwich was really awesome, actually the best sandwich I've had at any Subway, and Tyler went out of his way to make the experience easier altogether. I am in a wheelchair, so he gave me curbside delivery. Very good service. Especially considering the weather was pouring down earlier, and the wind was still up.“

“Jonathan was amazing, I come to this subway very frequently I work right next to it so I’m always getting a sub on my lunch break and Jonathan is usually there 99% of the time he’s friendly respectful and has great work ethic he genuinely enjoys to work there and serve me my food amazing food service and just amazing everything the other staff on Jonathan’s shift are also amazing every time some one’s working with him they always work just as great as he does very pleased to eat here no matter what!!!!“

“Best Subway sandwich ever!!I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted.Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired.They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter.As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done.Thank you Thank you both!“

“The guy working at this subway at around 730pm did an amazing job! He was working alone and still perfected all 3 orders. Does anyone realize he could walk and we all would've been left hungry, waiting on a loved one in the hospital. Lovelace is rough. The front desk staff sucks. We are incredibly grateful for his work.“

“I used to come to this location a lot, but it fell off a while ago. I came back today out of curiosity, and it's turned around for the better! I spoke to the new manager, Anna, and I was assured the staff is working to make the store as good as it can be. I will definitely be returning!“

“The customer service was amazing, but the temperature of the restaurant was WAY too hot, it is completely against health codes for the owners to neglect the repairs of air-conditioning. Customers and employees are sweating just being in the building. It was just as hot if not hotter inside the building than outside and it was high nineties as of the posting of this review.“

“I came in last week and big difference here the heavy set women was a little mean but she got my food made correctly. My subway was toasted nicely and my cheese was melted perfectly. I travele a lot and subway is my go to fast cheep and easy to eat on the road.“

“This is by far the best subway I’ve been too. I would definitely be coming back. I also have a corporate event coming up. I would definitely want this subway to cater that event. “I frequent subway’s a lot and this one honestly surprised me. Gabriel gave me and my friend by far the best service I have ever had at a subway before. He asked us if we’d like to sample different sauces to see if we’d like it on our sandwich or not. Overall was extremely friendly, hard working and simply is good at what he does. Goes without saying he needs a raise“

“I'm not sure what the difference was, but my sandwich was perfectly made. The ratios of all the ingredients was perfect. The oil and vinegar wasn't just sprayed everywhere, it was not messy in the slightest. The amount of mayo was perfect. The best experience I've ever had at a Subway.“

“This may seem dramatic but this last visit at this subway made me a sandwich so good I started liking subway again.

Subway tends to be the absolute last option on my list when my family goes out to eat. Other subways in Albuquerque just do not meet the mark consistently. But it was extremely good (as good as a chain sub restaurant can be anyway!) and props for the young guy working with the goatee. My friends cross section of cut sandwhich looks like it should be at a garden party“

“i usually don’t go to this subway since it’s not close but it was around the area and the customer service was pretty good in my opinion the workers would break the silence be very talkative which was nice after a bad day and they where pretty quick on my sandwich i think i might keep coming to this subway instead“

Def coming back listen to his bangers again - just very soft spoken i hope he didnt think i was ignoring him - but im 13 weeks pregnant he cooked my sandwich longer made sure meat was sizzling and allergic to guac so he made sure to put a small amount like asked - i wish i couldve given man a tip - have a good night sir may both sides of your pillow be cold and bed sink you in for comfort“

“At first it was a little offsetting when entering. Due to it being a small location you could see the need to be patient. The menus changed and that's awesome. The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It's ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you've been there a few times. It's a great spot to eat in if you like the tables or booths. Always clean and great vibes.“

We walked inside and we were greeted right away. They were friendly and calm when they took our order. My dad comes off a little grouchy and they handled him well haha. Ingredients were fresh and the quality is high.
