Wendy's in Albuquerque

“Marshall always helps me in the drive through, can’t think of better service from anywhere. I don’t leave reviews very often but this standalone guy is one of a kind, y’all need him making the big decisions cause he is genuinely whole hearted and does everything at 110%. I wouldn’t go as often as I do if it wasn’t for this guy, 10/10 recommend this place. Can’t get better fast food service than at this place with the homie Marshall! 🙌😎“

“The drive thru window line was running slower than usual since there was a small bit of confusion on the sequence of orders to be prepared during the Saturday lunch rush. The staff at the window explained the issue. The chicken salad was delicious. The French fries were hot and fresh.“

“this is drive thru gold, quick drive thru service which in todays world is overlooked as you spend almost 20 minutes for a burger.

I always go late at night and the food at that time is always super fresh and hot and drive thru is fast, if you need a late night bite this is a quick and easy meal.

Staff is actually nice and helpful here, they got a burger wrong and soon as I let them know remade my order immediately, also parking lot is rather quite and doesn't have homeless people everywhere bugging you.“

“Affordable and good food.

I stopped by here every day for two weeks, employees are sometimes fast and sometimes slow - really varies depending on who is working and if their system is down. At least twice when I visited, their monitor was broken so they couldn’t see the order I made on the app.

On the plus side, they upgraded my meal once when they were out of chicken and they one time made a mistake and gave me free chicken nuggets.

Overall good experience for the price.“

“This Wendy’s has been my favorite location for a while! The evening crew and especially the manager Joele are extremely friendly, respectful and make the experience pleasant, I always either leave with a smile or get in a laugh. One of the times I went they all looked a bit stressed out but they were still sooo respectful and friendly.“

“Good fast service. This time I.wenr through the drive thru, and the staff were very nice. The order was completed very quickly, and we drive up the the drive up window, and our order was ready, within 30 seconds. The woman at the drive in was very professional.“

“Stopped here after work to grab a bite. My app was messing up and wasn't giving them my order. They kindly asked at the window what was ordered and made me the food, no questions asked. The girl who helped me was very kind and sweet, would have given full 5 star but my Jr Baconator had no Ketchup and only lite Mayo. Bacon was also a little chewy, but to be expected from fastfood bacon. Great service, okay food.“
