Wendy's in Albuquerque

“I’m very satisfied with the service at Wendy’s! The staff is always friendly and makes it clear that customers are important. I come here often, and I especially enjoy seeing the manager, Ashleigh. She always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back.“

“The drive thru window line was running slower than usual since there was a small bit of confusion on the sequence of orders to be prepared during the Saturday lunch rush. The staff at the window explained the issue. The chicken salad was delicious. The French fries were hot and fresh.“

“I want to give a big shout out to diego working tonight. For being very well mannered and making this experience of me bringing back food more pleasant. Even though I was upset, I didn't show it and didn't have an attitude. And this young man we made my food for me, apologize about the inconvenience of me driving back. Just that interaction alone was good enough. I didn't need anything extra. Again? I'd like to give that shout out to Diego for being an awesome employee

“Lately I've been wondering why all these fast food places are literally not giving me my food that I pay for the way that I paid for it if I ask for it fresh that's exactly what I mean and these babies did exactly that and I appreciate you guys so much thank you so much Wendy's crew on Blake and Coors Boulevard you guys really really really really really made my day it was absolutely delicious everything was fresh I didn't have to wait long and the service was really good and the chicken was so juicy it blew my mind thank you so much again guys please keep up the good work and let's keep up the good work!“

“This Wendy’s is fantastic. I’ve never had a problem with them. The lady who took our order today was super sweet, the food was fresh and delicious, and they were super fast. Every time I’ve gone here the service was fast and the food was good. I can see why it’s one of the last Wendy’s standing in Albuquerque.“

“Affordable and good food.

I stopped by here every day for two weeks, employees are sometimes fast and sometimes slow - really varies depending on who is working and if their system is down. At least twice when I visited, their monitor was broken so they couldn’t see the order I made on the app.

On the plus side, they upgraded my meal once when they were out of chicken and they one time made a mistake and gave me free chicken nuggets.

Overall good experience for the price.“

“Good fast service. This time I.wenr through the drive thru, and the staff were very nice. The order was completed very quickly, and we drive up the the drive up window, and our order was ready, within 30 seconds. The woman at the drive in was very professional.“

“Day before Christmas my daughter had some gifs buy still from Walmart but .I need coffee and fast lol so Wendy's it is . The young lady her name is Raynorma took my order. She was awesome great customer service and they were running out of stuff but she mad it possible for me to get my coffee. I am a general manager at at Blake's lotaburger. And I know when you have a good employee she made my day I got my coffee and now I can sit and wait for my daughter thank you so much Hun and marry Christmas.“

“Stopped here after work to grab a bite. My app was messing up and wasn't giving them my order. They kindly asked at the window what was ordered and made me the food, no questions asked. The girl who helped me was very kind and sweet, would have given full 5 star but my Jr Baconator had no Ketchup and only lite Mayo. Bacon was also a little chewy, but to be expected from fastfood bacon. Great service, okay food.“
