Bars in Carlsbad

“After dinner, we weren’t through being together, so decided to have a drink and sit adn talk. There is a bar, the Blue Cactus Lounge at the Stevens Inn. Sounded good. It’s rather a large place with tables all about. Not really quaint. But dark-ish. We sat at the bar and were served by a most pleasant bar tender. She was both attentive and friendly. We drank wine and played W, W & S. It was a good end to a nice day.“

“This was a nice find. They were busy, but we only waited about 10 minutes. Our server was really helpful, she recommended the grits with my catfish and the grits were amazing like she promised! The batter on the catfish was really good, as well as the hush puppies! My kids and husband enjoyed their meals as well. Would recommend for an easy meal!“
