Chili's Grill & Bar offers prompt and attentive service, making it a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant serves great food, with options such as the 3-For Complete Meal and the Mushroom and Swiss burger, which is massive and flavorful. The Old Timer Burger and bowl of chili are also popular choices. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Although it can get busy during peak hours, especially in a tourist town like Carlsbad, the team works hard to keep up with demand. Some diners have noted that service can be a little slow, but the overall experience remains positive. The restaurant is well-suited for families and travelers, with a large parking lot and online ordering available. Guests appreciate the full bar for those dining alone or wanting to catch a game. Overall, Chili's is a great choice for anyone looking for good food and good service at a reasonable price.
