Today the service deserves zero Stars. I ordered through the drive-thru today on my way home from doing errands. The person taking the orders at the window just assumed I wanted the combo order, ask no clarifying questions, didn't even say hello, didn't read my order back to me, and generally sounded like I was interrupting their day. Worst customer service I've ever had here and I doordash to this location all the time.
I ordered a 3pc tender, honey chicken biscuit meal with mac and cheese and fries, a strawberry pie and 4 sauces. Got the 3pc tender and fries but was missing the biscuit, pie and sauces and got mashed potatoes instead of mac and cheese. Food we recieved was good just not accurate
First customer of the day yet 10 other vehicles somehow got their orders prior to myself. Only ordered an 8 piece spicy and somehow it took them 45 min to get this. Might be the worst in alamogordo. Find better employees and management.
