“This is the best bar in town. The staff are amazing: their service is prompt and friendly. Once you have gone a couple of times, they remember your name and your drink preference. The tables are clean, the bathroom clean, and the patio is lovely. They are dog friendly, and they allow you to bring your own food. Also, the food trucks are excellent as well as the DJ nights. Take a glance at their event board as it has a lot of flyers that are cool. They support the arts, so they have new artist works often. The ciders are fantastic. They have a 10-ounce option if you don't want a full pint. I really like this. Great cocktails. Plenty of parking. In the afternoon it is a really nice place to take your computer and get some work done in such a kind ambient. Very safe for women. You are allowed to smoke on the sidewalk. Gay, straight, minority, handicapped, and older person friendly.“

My name is Matt, Albuquerque’s Brew Reviewer. I’ve tried over 200 local beers, and visited over 40 unique breweries in Albuquerque.

Talk about a unique concept. When I first entered this brewery, I was a bit confused by what was going on. It was lit and decorated like some sort of office building, but with decorations all centered around a theme of…. night…. owls? It’s slightly jarring at first, but nonetheless still inviting. The highlight of Flock of Moon’s infrastructure is when you get to the back of the building, and enter the massive patio. There are dozens of tables to sit at and enjoy your beer in a massive, clean outdoor space, that makes for some incredible relaxation. The beer selection here is one of the most flavorful, unique, and delicious in Albuquerque. The hazy IPAs, sours, fruit-centered beers here are very yummy. Some of the darker beers here have a little too much bite for my taste, but others may love them. Flock of Moons you will be near guaranteed to find a beer you like if you order a flight, and you can drink it under the sun on a patio, or in a brewery with the most blatantly random yet weirdly charming theme in the city, which is why Flock of Moons takes up our number 8 spot.

“Its hard to rate this place due to me not wanting it to get too popular. The food is top notch, the old town tea will have you grabbing a to-go pouch and coming back for more. They have amazing beer! The service is attentive and always ready to chat and blow your mind on facts. They are a full service distillery and make some amazing spirits. Love the owners and the entire place is awesome. ( they have a sitting view of the distillery). Its in a great area that is right off the freeway and off the beaten path. If you don't love it something might be wrong with you.“

“Our waiter was very nice. He took the effort to make sure everything was good to our satisfaction. I did not eat my salad I ordered. He asked if for some reason I did not like the salad. It had nothing to do with my waiter or the restaurant. I did not know what kind of lettuce was used. I should have asked. I medically can not eat roman lettuce. Everything was wonderful. We were a little worried about getting in because of it being New Years eve. We did pick your restaurant for our New Years Eve dinner because we have always had such great service and food.“

They gave me a great info about the brewery history and so much information about each beer, they paired it perfectly with my lunch, definitely order something when you’re here at the food is great. This is by far the best afternoon, I could’ve asked for before leaving town. Check em out, you won’t be bummed!“

You haven’t tried Albuquerque cider unless you’ve gone to Tractor! Offering delicious, sweet, refreshing cider, canned or on draft, and a fun, large selection of beer, with a spacious, decorated, inviting atmosphere, Tractor is serious about brewing. Kind staff, some fun and unique beer flavors, and a great interior. They love to go all out for Halloween. It’s one of those breweries that’s great to go to with friends, because there’s spacious, comfortable booths. The only thing which holds Tractor back is the lack of food, but for a place to get drinks, especially with company, this is a premiere spot in the city to go, which is why it’s the ninth best brewery in Albuquerque.

“Since the Bosques in las cruces are my go-to brewpubs, I was really disappointed when eating at the Nob Hill location recently. I ordered my usual, the Buffalo chicken sandwich but it was not nearly as good as the ones I get in Cruces. Chicken was small and tough. Service and beer were still spot on. Has me looking for alternatives in ABQ though.“

“I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt like my service and food on Thursday deserved a shout out. Firstly, Nicole our server was phenomenal. She was attentive, fun and sweet. Service lately has been lacking and Nicole reminded me that good service still exists. Second, the food was sooo good. I came here when they first opened and I must say the food has improved greatly! I know new restaurants need time to get into the grove of things and let me say they have it together. Our food was hot. It came out quickly and looked amazing. It also tasted amazing. We ordered the fried pickles, which were addicting. We also ordered the fish and chips. The fish was nicely battered and delicious. My husband ordered the burger. It was so good. The fries were hot and delicious . We will definitely be back!“

Floating on Basil made its return from last year’s summer menu- basil infused vodka, lemon juice, pineapple juice, soda water, and house made strawberry simple syrup 😍 The drinks are incredible, the bartenders are fantastic, and The Kitchen at Left Turn makes the most delicious fresh chicken nuggets I’ve ever had- make sure you get the housemade green chile dip to go with them!!“

“The menu was diverse, the gumbo was excellent, enchiladas were fantastic and the cherry/peach cobbler was as good as my grandmother's. My waitress (Steph) was attentive and informative about the menu and beer selections. Great dinner, great service and I will definitely be going back soon.“
