Burger King in Albuquerque

“Visited here today and this is probably my favorite burger king in the area. Ordered about 2 meals, and the guy taking my order was very nice, and they did very well on my meal, I came around 3:20 ish. And the fries were fresh, everything was clean, and there was no wait even with the drive through being quite busy. Everyone working there keep it up!!“

“The food was perfect. Nothing came out wrong which often happens at fast food restaurants. The manager was absolutely awesome. I appreciate their help. The rest of the staff were so nice and helpful too. Working so hard and fast to get orders done. I will always stop at this BK when I come to Burque. ❤️“

“Easy in and out service. Sometimes they can't get the order right off the bat. Have to get it corrected ofter when I get the food. Just listening to what we ask for and the people preparing it need to pay attention. Hardly got it right the first time.. other than that I enjoy the food and breakfast sandwiches!!“

“The food was great. This location was very calm and clean. The staff was friendly. We ordered a couple value menu burgers, chicken fries and a fish sandwich. It was served to us by the time we finished filling our drink cups. This was my first time trying the value menu and it was a perfect sized burger since I don't eat very much at once, mainly small snacks throughout the day. My son likes burger with only cheese and ketchup, it throws lost fast food joins off and they usually add something he doesn't like. But this place got it right first try.“

“If you know me I am a BK guy. This one was nice. Usually your whopper is thrown together, fries are what they are. But not today. My first time at this location the whopper was put together well, fries were plenty and the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Was a nice change.“

“I went to the restaurant and the first thing that got me was that the workers are very nice and respectful they make you feel like they know you all your life. I order a number 3 the bacon king meal with fries and a drink I had my food in less then 4 minutes everything was so good from my burger to my drink. I will be coming back here they make me feel like family....good job to all the employees in there.“

“Good quick stop at Burger King. I tried the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper and it was actually really flavorful—the sauce had a nice sweet and smoky taste that made it different from a regular burger. The chicken nuggets were fresh, crispy, and served hot. Overall, a satisfying meal and decent service.“

“We ordered through the app. Got to the speaker and told them I was there for an online order. The guy asked for name. And then said okay. I waited to see if I should go to window. Another vehicle pulls up and orders, no problem. And same guy is taking order. So I keep saying hello but no response. I go ahead and get in line since another vehicle is behind me.

The wait in line took long as well. 3 cars were ahead of me. When I get to the window I tell them again that I'm there for an online order. They get order ready and that takes awhile. Finally get the food and head home.

Althought it was a bad experience at the drive thru. The food was great. Tasted fresh and was made to order.“

“In this store there is very good service and it is always very clean, I love the atmosphere of the workers always smiling and very helpful, I recommend it Burguer King in Isleta is the best store that I have visited, here they do sell the hoopers in the morning . I come at a different time and I really have what quality of employees there are in this store.“

“I got my order and a original chicken sandwich was missing. I told the guy and he told the lady in charge of the area and I saw a chicken sandwich been made and they gave it to the drive thru and told me that I had to wait for a new one, but the rest of my order gets cold. I talked to the Manager about the issue and Miss Imelda was professional and understanding about the issue and All the staff have been nice and friendly. Thank you Burger King staff and the manager for fixing the problem.“

“You don’t expect quality customer service from fast food chains anymore, but that’s exactly what I got from Burger King. I walked in at a busy time and it was packed. I expected a long wait and average Service. But I got the opposite. I was greeted with a huge smile from Javon and a pleasant greeting. She took my order with ease. I was not paying attention like most people on my phone waiting for my order and my order was called out, and I was not paying attention so she brought the food to me again with a smile and and a positive attitude.
