However when they talked to the people all smiles and jokesI'm very impressed that they got our son's food 1st and made sure he was eating. Later came our food. To the manager thank you for keeping your staff happy and on top of there game to the staff thank you for making our once a week dinner excellent. “We came in late Thursday night. Although the dining room was closed, they accommodated our party of 9 in the bar area. The service was phenomenal! The waiter (I didn't catch his name) and staff were all very kind, friendly, and attentive. Every order was perfect. And even though it was close to closing, we didn't feel rushed at all. “We haven't been to Chili's in a long time and to experience it again we really enjoyed it, servers and hostess were friendly and professional, Good food and good atmosphere ,we had lunch Saturday not to busy yet I bet it's a party in the evenings overall good food and experience“

“This Chilis is my favorite Chilis in Albuquerque. It’s become my friends and I’s go-to spot, as we love its consistently delicious food (especially the molten chocolate cake!), drinks, and welcoming environment. “Good food and great service.All of the servers as well as the manager were welcoming and cared about their customer's satisfaction. A great example of what service should look like.I have no complaints regarding this location. But in regards to Chile's as a whole, I'm a bit disappointed that the 3 for me meal no longer includes 2 sides. You used to be able to get a starter and entrée with 2 sides.The other most notable change is that the serving of fries is much smaller than it used to be. That is not a specific issue with this location, it is something that our family and friends have noticed and commented on at all the Chile's locations.I just feel like, come on Chile's you can do better.“
“Best Chili's I've ever been to, has a great atmosphere and nice wait staff. Great management and the chefs prepared us a wonderful meal. Would recommend 10/10 prefect for a cute family time or date night. Such a fun place.
