Chipotle Mexican Grill in Albuquerque

“If you want a club atmosphere at 2pm, loud club music and dirty tables even though nobody has been in line for 20 minutes, this is your joint! At least the cashier was super cool and the food prep folks were nice. Food good, but this community industrial table setup, no thanks.“

“I ordered a chicken and beef brisket bowl with brown rice; pinto beans; cheese; pico de gallo; sour cream; and lettuce. It was very good - yummmm, but the brisket was overdone. I also ordered chips and a side of guacamole. The guacamole had too many onions in it for my liking, but it was still good. However, the chips weren't all that great because they tasted stale and had too much salt!“

“Okay, let’s talk about Monica — the literal sunshine behind the counter at Chipotle. I walked in hungry, mildly cranky, and thinking only of guac. I walked out smiling, full, and in a much better mood. From the start, Monica greeted me like we were old friends. She was upbeat, kind, and had the patience of a saint while I debated between white and brown rice like it was a life-altering decision. Monica made sure I had exactly what I needed.
She crafted my bowl like a true artist — everything perfectly layered, every scoop just the right amount. When she handed it over, I swear it glowed. The food was chef's kiss amazing, but honestly, Monica was the real star. Thankful for such kind people in this world.“

“This chipotle is out of my area but they do a great job and the food and service is always on point- I noticed it’s mainly females that run this place! That might be why it’s so great all the time. Don’t bother going to the UNM location that manager is the worst ever! She thinks she can close early and run the place however she wants. Just come to this location and get your chipotle cravings the way it should be. Plus they’re nice and prompt and it’s always clean. Recommend 10/10!“

“The gentleman who made our order was great and hard working. Jesus who checked us out didn’t want to help with anything. A long line of people came in and the first gebtleman rushed to get their orders started. Jesus didn’t bother to put on gloves, help finish up the toppings for burrito bowls, grab lime juice and package up the order. He had an attitude of unhelpfulness to his coworkers and needs to be reminded he’s part of a team. Something tells me this is a known issue.“

“This evening we visited and had a great experience. The area where they were serving food was really clean, and the young men that were working behind the counter were very professional and very kind. We really appreciate it.

Lately we haven’t been having the best experience with any of the chipotles we go to, today was definitely different.

“Still my favorite Chipotle location! Portions are generous and consistent, food is always fresh, and the staff is engaging and friendly. My only complaint is the consistent lack of cleanliness, messy floors and sticky tables. Surprisingly, the bathrooms are always clean, though!“
