I'm rating it 4 stars because the food was great as usual despite difficulties with their app which caused my order to take twice as long as it should've.
First time to Chipotle, menu was not very explanatory, but ordered the steak burrito with guacamole, queso Blanco, beans and rice. The food was very bland, really no flavor. The rice was old and some rice bits were rock hard. As you can see in the picture and highlighted, the food trays were dirty and had not been cleaned as cross contamination was obvious by foods in close proximity and choices of add ones. I'm so sorry that my experience of Chipotle food is on a long often subtle slide. Some of it is being out of promoted specials that sound good. Oops. Not offering for lunch yesterday. My spouse's steak was over spiced a nearly metallic tang. My pork was so salty that my mouth went sort of numb at first; I didn't understand the sensation.
