Creme de la Creme Reviews
The absolute BEST dessert I’ve ever had in my life! First, they were all so beautifully designed it was hard to pick just one! Second, the owners were so incredibly kind and told us in detail how the desserts were made. They have so much pride in their work and it’s wonderfully artistic!! Third, I went with the filled Cronut, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it all weekend!! Loved it so much I went back two days later for another one! Excellent job!!!
I should have gotten a couple more croissants because the one I got was delicious and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. I can’t wait to return.
Horrible selection, INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED. Arrogant management that responds to poor google reviews from an honest person (not myself) by justifying and rationalizing instead of apologizing. Absolute rip off. The pastry my girlfriend got tasted like what you would expect a better quality dog treat to taste like. Like a mix of crushed up graham crackers and Milk Bones. Dry, tasteless. No place to sit, tiny little dollhouse sized pastry cabinet that you can’t help but laugh out...read full review

Creme de la Creme offers delicious desserts like Creme brulee and pistachio version. This charming French-style pastry shop, located in the high-end Sawmill Market food hall, is known for its decadent desserts and excellent service. The knowledgeable staff provides guidance on menu items and explains the use of fresh ingredients. The presentation of the desserts is exquisite, with rose petals and flower petals adding a special touch that makes them incredibly Instagram worthy. The pastries are described as art pieces, with fresh crusts and moist fillings. Highlights include the chocolate mousse for its rich flavor and silky texture, as well as the cronut, a croissant and doughnut hybrid that is baked rather than fried. The blueberry lavender cannoli is also praised for its flavorful creme. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended for its unique and high-quality desserts, along with friendly staff, and is a must-see for anyone in Albuquerque.
