“This is my go to store every morning for coffee. The crew is so nice and call me by name every day. Really makes me feel good that they take the time to do this. The coffee here is 10 times better then Starbucks. Best donuts in town. Always fast and efficient. Keep up the good work and delicious coffee and food.“
“Absolutely Wonderful experience! had no idea that their breakfast was as amazing as it is stopped by here. For a originally planned few doughnut holes and a coffee and ended up with an amazing breakfast Wrap and bacon wrap and coffee and ice cream and donuts. Maybe we went a little overboard. But happy that we did. food was amazing. The service was top notch, and we'll be coming here more often for breakfast needs. Big shout out to Anthony Julia and Naylei. Yall are amazing.“
“It’s pretty straightforward. They won’t take the app. Their selections great, the staff is awesome. But the owner doesn’t feel like getting on board with the brand part of Dunkin. I couldn’t even use the app to pay for my order. I can understand not wanting to use the mobile app, but not allowing me to pay with the app was like a whole other level.
The owner obviously doesn’t care about the Dunkin Brand. Doesn’t care about being a part of the Dunkin family and would probably change the entire operation to Starbucks if it meant saving money and doing things cheaper.
You won’t find the owner here either. The owner is just some faceless person that gets reports at the end of the day at their home. They probably don’t even live in New Mexico. They probably found a way to not have to pay state taxes, which could help our roads, schools and the infrastructure.
Again, some of the redeeming qualities which have nothing to do with the owner that just is this faceless person who lives probably outside of New Mexico is they do have real time grinding machines so the coffee is perfect. The donuts look pretty good too. And I found the area to be very clean. And just to reiterate, the staff is awesome here. It’s early in the morning. The lines are big, but the faces are smiling, they’re happy to see you, and they make you feel special.
It’s just disappointing in terms of the ownership of the franchise.“
“A bit slow for us being the only customers there and still messed up on the coffee. Then it seemed like it took forever to get the remake. Just the overall order of doughnuts and coffee the person wasn't cheary or happy. No hello or how can I help you. No suggestions. I guess they didn't have their coffee yet. Lmao“
“I had a very pleasant experience today at this Dunkin Donuts on 4th Street. I went through the drive thru. The staff were great, took my order and were very nice. The donut was soft and fresh. My latte was delicious. I would come back again!“
“I’m reading the reviews and I get it! There is ONE employee who is super rude. She’s even rude to all the other employees. She can definitely put a damper on your morning, if you go in for coffee. However, all the other employees are super nice and the only reason I give 5 stars. I don’t want the entire store to suffer because of one rude lady, even though she makes for a rough visit if you encounter her rudeness an attitude. There is another employee, Bianca who is the nicest and best customer service. She remembers my drink and makes it perfect. If your drink doesn’t come out right, she will get it perfect every time.“
“Oh my! I don’t even know where to start, I have gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time. And today was by far the best experience I have ever had there. The donuts were especially delicious today! I went Through the drive-through around 10:20 this morning and the lady was very polite and lovely. She made sure I had ketchup for my hashbrowns (they don’t usually put them) also gave me a bunch of napkins for my two dozen Donuts. I left feeling better than when I arrived!!! The donuts were incredibly soft and the icing was perfect. Best experience! Thank you!!“
