Ordered the Caldo de Res. Perfectly prepared. Plenty of vegetables and a big chunk of beef. Very flavorsome. Only complaint is the packaging of to go orders. They use a drink cup for their Caldo, which broke and spilled inside the bag.
I always go to the food truck it's alot easier for me because the truck is available for me to order cause it's open later than the actual restaurant. I have never been disappointed by anything I have ever ordered cause everything is very good and flavorful. Never be in a hurry if you want quality food from El Bronco the owner and the chef take time to make sure your food is seasoned and presented with excellence always.
