Excellent food, authentic Mexican, from gorditas to burritos they have almost everything even seafood, the only bad thing so far 2/2024 there is construction in front of the taqueria which makes it a little difficult for people to see it thinking that they are not there.
I came to Paisas in February, and the food was cold and greasy. But ive been coming to this establishment t since the early 2000s. I figured they were having an off day! I was right. They were on top of their game. Tacos were hot and flavorful. Salsa was also ?.

The city sucks but the food’s great. I got a barbacoa torta - amazing as is, didn’t need any extra salt or anything. Love how unique the inside of the restaurant feels. Me and my wife spent $16 and got filling food for the both of us and a drink to share. Good bang for your buck and the employees were very welcoming.
